Serving children and youth in Hastings and Prince Edward Counties since 1977.

At QCTC, we strive to provide a family-centred approach to care and recognize each child and youth is viewed as a part of a larger network. We partner with their caregivers at home, school, and with community and medical services to establish goals and support children and youth to participate as fully as possible in the life of our community.

QCTC is a designated Children's Rehabilitation Centre in Ontario and is a member of Empowered Kids Ontario (EKO). Funding for these services comes from the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) and there is no cost to families to access our services. We are also an active member of the Children and Youth Planning Table HPE, a community network of children's services agencies in the region, working together for the benefit of all children, youth, and their caregivers.
